We work based on advance scheduling. Although the system allows immediate reservations, the vehicle may not be available or ready at the requested time. For this reason, it is important that we establish communication by phone call or text message.
You must confirm your reservation through our WhatsApp. For reservations with future dates, our confirmation team will contact you 4 or 5 days before the rental date to request the necessary documentation and provide you with the vehicle delivery instructions.
Rentals between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.:
If the customer wishes to pick up the vehicle during these hours, the delivery will not be conducted in person. The rental must be paid in advance, and the vehicle will be left at the airport. The customer is responsible for the parking fee.
